Your Journey
Within the Bwiti tradition, healing doesn't happen in isolation — it happens inside a container. A living, breathing space held by experienced initiated and empowered practitioners who have walked this path themselves and who understand, deeply, what it means to guide someone back to themselves.
Many people arrive at Iboga at a turning point — seeking clarity, healing, direction, or a deep inner reset. Wherever you are on your path, the container we hold is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
That container is everything. It is the attentive care before, during, and after ceremony. It is the safety protocols woven seamlessly into sacred space. It is the comfort of knowing that every person watching over you has chosen this work as their life's calling — and that they will be present with you through every moment of this journey.
We hold you — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — so that you can focus on your work with all the tools you need.
To meet different levels of readiness, intention, and depth, we offer two retreat formats, one with 2 ceremonies, and one with 3 ceremonies. We are always happy to speak with you personally about which path is right for you.
What is Iboga?
Iboga, the “Godfather of all plant medicines,” is a sacrament used by the Bwiti for profound physical and spiritual healing, and spiritual discovery.
The most recognized alkaloid within the root of the Iboga plant (Tabernanthe iboga) is ibogaine. Ibogaine gained notoriety for its remarkable anti-addictive properties, especially for opiate addiction, and is now used globally and is very well-known.
Beyond ibogaine, Iboga contains numerous other alkaloids, some with even more beneficial effects. These alkaloids work harmoniously to facilitate the potent spiritual, mental, and physical healing that the Bwiti have long revered. Most important though, is the spirit of Iboga, which has an ancient wisdom that roots down deep into the earth – the foundation of nature itself.

How long does it last?
We can break down the phases of each Iboga ceremony into four parts.
Counseling, Prep, and Fire Talk
The first phase is the preparation of intentions through counseling. Then in the evening, we have the fire talk ceremony, where we will talk about where Iboga comes from and the going deep into the Bwiti tradition. This will give you everything you nee. The Bwiti tradition comes from the Iboga spirit, which is why this is the most effective container to hold the ceremony and retreat in. People will also begin taking medicine at the fire and feeling the initial effects in this phase before lying down.
Traditional Ceremony
The next phase of the experience will be lying down in the candle-lit ceremony room. We will be playing Bwiti music which also comes from Iboga and helps amplify and keep you anchored in the experience. The facilitators will be caring for you and working with you as needed in different ways throughout the night, but primarily, our aim is to keep you safe, hold the container, and support you and empower you in the work you and Iboga will do together.
Processing Day
The experience’s third phase is when you return to your room at sunrise. We call this processing day because you will be processing much of what came up in the ceremony and previously stored emotions and memories. The processing days are probably the most important parts of the experience and bring about profound epiphanies and realizations about your life.
Integration
The fourth phase is integrating the experience into the real world. We will do this on a micro-level during the retreat in our integration day trips, counseling, and work developing a plan together on the last day and closing circle. Then this will continue on into the post-retreat experience as you apply this and work with it in your real life. We will continue to support you and empower you throughout this phase.

Sustainable and Ethical Source
All of our Iboga comes from the most sustainable and ethical source there is, the Bwiti people. The Bwiti have been the shepherds and protectors of Iboga for thousands of years and know exactly how to manage it. Since our medicine is collected directly from the Bwiti village we work with; we know exactly where it comes from and how it was prepared.
